Soproicam is a leading refiner and distributor of soybean and palm oil products in Cameroon. The Company’s products include refined soybean oil, soybean meal (for animal feed), refined palm oil, and soap.

Established in 2006, the Company has become the largest processor of soybean products in the 6-country Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC). Soproicam leverages an extensive out-grower program with over 13,000 farmers, along a robust distribution network and a suite of household brands. The Company is led by an experienced senior management team (over 50 years of collective experience) with executive roles at leading international palm oil refining companies.

AFIG Funds on behalf of AFIG Fund II invested in SOPROICAM  in 2020 to support its growth plans.
